At New Client Acquisition (NCA), we provide business consultancy services to independent gym owners to help them grow wildly successful group personal training businesses. Since 2018, we've worked with over 700 gyms worldwide - from boutique studios to CrossFit boxes - helping them scale their revenue, optimise their business systems, and build a team that delivers real impact in their local communities.
This isn't a typical account manager role - you'll be on the frontline as a coach, mentor and strategic advisor. You'll work closely with our gym owner clients to guide them through our consultancy programs, solve challenges, and hold them accountable to the success they signed up for.
The Role
In this hugely rewarding role you will act as the go-to point of contact for our clients. You'll onboard them, coach them through implementation, troubleshoot their growth challenges, and provide strategic support tailored to their business goals. You'll play a key role in transforming small gym businesses by helping the owners and employees flourish while having a massive impact on the health and fitness of their local communities.

Nurture and manage client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through to long-term success
Guide clients through our business training programs, coaching them to implement business systems and strategies effectively
Be the success coach and accountability partner for our gym owners
Gain an understanding for each gym's specific goals and challenges and offer tailored advice and solutions
Track progress, troubleshoot roadblocks, and proactively drive results
Deliver regular progress updates and performance reviews
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client resources, strategies, and systems
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure an exceptional client experience is delivered.
What We're Looking For
Someone with prior experience is an advantage (e.g.former gym owner, large box gym manager)
Likewise, experience in client-facing roles in; business consulting, account management, or coaching roles will be strongly considered
Strong coaching, mentoring, and people leadership skills
Confident communicator who can grasp and then simplify complex strategies and motivate others into action
Obsessed with personal and business growth -- both yours and your clients
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and great at managing multiple clients
Tech-savvy (CRM and Social Media experience ideal, but not essential -- we'll train you)
A proactive problem solver with a "get sht done" mindset Based in/near Weymouth or able to commute to our office in Weymouth
Ultimately, while experience is preferred, we are open to applications from any 'go-getters' that can demonstrate aptitude for what this role needs; a sharp individual, with excellent communication skills and a fast learner that has the ability to confidently lead others into action.
