Account Manager Emea Hospitality

Job Description

The Account Manager role will focus on driving a strong relationship with this major EMEA account.
Be the day to day contact for a business critical customer.
The Account Manager EMEA - Hospitality will serve as the main POC with this major customer, focusing on building and maintaining strong, long term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth whilst managing the key cross functional teams on the account and the business requirements.
In addition they will;

  • negotiate contracts and close agreement to maximise revenue and profit
  • develop trusted advisor status within the account, managing key internal external stakeholders
  • be a very strong communicator, presenter and solution-focused individual
  • attend and lead quarterly customer meetings
  • prepare reports and forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis
  • identify all opportunities to grow revenues with the customer across the EMEA region
  • plus many other aspects related to the ongoing development and success if this key customer
In extra addition, the successful candidate will need to be flexible with travel, in the UK as well as Europe and will also be required to attend global customer meetings 1-2 times per year.

The Account Manager EMEA - Hospitality will come with the following skills and experiences:
  • proven success as an account manager ideally within the hospitality industry and experience of hotels and hotel operational success
  • very strong relationship management skills, with a sales ability in an account management setting
  • experience of successfully growing key customers with a focus on sales, revenues and profit
  • an excellent communicator, able to manage up and down and experience of C-Suite stakeholder management also
  • excellent Excel and IT skills - a strong analytical focus in an account management, relationship management setting
  • attention to detail, commercial and financial reporting
  • excellent presentation skills - experience of presenting at board level with key customers
My client has a UK base in Berkshire so ideally commuting distance for a couple of days per week however happy to discuss further flexibility on this with strong and relevant candidates.
