is preferred, with the ability to work across multiple practices and engage in solution-based conversations that translate into measurable business outcomes for customers.
The Role
As a Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
Customer Engagement & Growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients within your territory/cluster.
Establish a cadence of discovery and solution workshops to identify customer needs and map them to Continent 8's portfolio.
Drive adoption of multi-practice solutions, aligning to customer transformation priorities.
Pipeline & Sales Execution
Proactively build, manage, and close pipeline opportunities within assigned accounts.
Leverage and build technical expertise to position Continent 8 as a trusted advisor in Cloud, AWS, Security, and Network services.
Collaborate with internal practice leads to deliver compelling proposals and client engagements.
Collaboration & Alignment
Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Practice Leaders to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Contribute to team knowledge sharing and support best practices across geographies.
Track, forecast, and report sales performance in line with company objectives.

2-3 years' experience in technical solutions sales
