Role purpose



Responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external clients and their customers. This role sits as part of our Account Management team and will work across events, experiential, operations and support project management, administration and other adhoc projects as required.

Key responsibilities



Curate, plan and deliver experiential events and activations on time, on budget and to an exceptional quality to delight our clients, their customers, residents, occupiers and visitors. Curate, plan and deliver internal events that are engaging and impactful aligned to our culture and the event and business goals. Engage with internal and external clients to understand requirements and agree scope of projects and events and ensure that scope and delivery is within budget. Recruit, train and deploy brand ambassadors to represent the brands we work with, and keep them engaged so they want to work with us again and again; be available 'out of hours' as required to manage resourcing and to support events. Source and manage third party suppliers helping them to understand and deliver to expectations and to deliver quality and value for money. Comply with all health, safety, risk and building protocols and processes, including the completion of documentation such as permits and, risk and method statements. Source and order materials and supplies focusing on quality, value for money and environmental and ethical factors. Manage the quality of our events and activations and identify opportunities to continuously improve, become more efficient, drive economies of scale and deliver value for the business and our clients. Track and reconcile spend against budgets, raise Purchase Order and Invoice requests from our Finance team. Write and present highly professional presentations and documents. Provide general administration and planning support to the business as required this includes Procurement Portals, Event Calendars, rostering system, raising Purchase Order request, project planning activity. Provide support as required across projects, business development and communications. Deliver all business practices safely, ethically, sustainably and in compliance with legislation. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve outcomes and enhance efficiency. Identify and share learning opportunities to continuously improve our impact. Be an advocate for our brand and consistently live and demonstrate our Ethos Farm values.
This role also has a 'dotted line' reporting to our Operations Director - Retail and Front of House; you will:

Lead, inspire and care for an operational team (of three Front of House Hosts and one Team Leader) delivering front of house services to a prestigious client in London. Lead delivery of the scope of services to an exceptional standard through the team. Support, develop and enable the team, manage contract performance and engage with the client.

Required knowledge, skills and experience



Essential:

Right to Work in UK. Passion and energy for delivering exceptional service and outcomes for clients and teams. Highly professional and credible. Confidence in engaging with internal and external clients. Highly organised and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Confidence using systems and Microsoft packages such as Excel and PowerPoint. Some travel will be required to client sites. Flexibility to work some weekends, early starts and late finishes dependent upon project needs. This role is office based 5 days per week; part time applications will be considered. Demonstrated values and ways of working aligned to our Company Values and Purpose.
