About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Sales Account Manager / Account Manager to support and grow our client relationships. This role is ideal for candidates with some relevant experience who are looking to progress their career in sales and account management within a professional services environment.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Identify opportunities to grow and upsell existing accounts
Support new business and sales activities
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client documentation
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality service
Work towards and achieve agreed performance targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
Interest in sales, account management, and commercial roles
Interest in finance, accounting, or professional services
ACCA qualified, part-qualified, currently studying, or planning to pursue ACCA is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good numerical and analytical ability
Well organised with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
Experience
Some relevant experience in sales, customer service, account handling, or a commercial role is encouraged
Candidates with limited experience but strong motivation are welcome to apply
