Job Description

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and introducing them to new solutions that meet their needs.

You'll work closely with existing clients to understand their businesses, propose tailored services, and manage their accounts. Additionally, you'll develop new relationships with potential clients, using a genuine approach and guiding them to trust us as their provider of choice.

Day-to-day



Your role will mainly involve:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Identifying opportunities to introduce new products and services that align with clients' needs. Acting as the first point of contact for clients (outside of day-to-day service delivery), addressing their queries and resolving any issues. Developing relationships with potential clients, presenting tailored solutions to win new business. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and successful implementation of solutions. Keeping accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Staying informed about industry trends and sharing insights to enhance client offerings and company growth.
This isn't just a desk job. You'll sometimes be out & about, meeting clients with varying levels of technical confidence, and helping them to understand what's what.

Must-haves



A full UK driving licence as you'll need to drive company vehicles Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally in a business-to-business environment Because of the nature of what we do, you must be able to obtain a BS7858 security screening and maintain this throughout your employment (we will cover all associated costs) You'll need to live within commutable distance of our HQ in Haverfordwest
