About the role
We're looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to support our growth in the UK and who wants more than "just a job".
This role suits a results-driven sales professional with early B2B experience who enjoys prospecting, managing client relationships, and working in a close-knit, supportive team where learning, performance and long-term growth go hand in hand.
As an Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our commercial activity. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll develop your sales skills, build strong client relationships, progressively take ownership of your own accounts and developing new accounts.
You won't be thrown in at the deep end alone -- we believe in training, coaching, and progression -- but we do expect commitment, resilience, and energy in return.
Key responsabilities
As an Account Manager, you will:
Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B clients
Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
Lead the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closing
Negotiate the purchase and sale of refurbished equipment with customers and partners
Conduct commercial meetings to uncover new opportunities
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to support business growth
Work closely with senior sales profiles and learn best practices
Track performance and continuously look for ways to improve
Profile & Requirements
Experience & Background
First experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role (B2B is a plus)
Proven track record in outbound prospecting and account development
Comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with prospects
Mindset

Working conditions
- Permanent and full-time contract
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Tuesday
- Competitive base salary, dependent on experience (bonus structure possible)
- Located in Bristol (near Cabot Circus)

Pay: 30,000.00-50,000.00 per year
