What We're Looking For

We're seeking a commercially focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth. This person will play a key role in increasing revenue and expanding our customer account base.

Your Role

Analyse tender documentation and prepare competitive commercial proposals. Build lasting partnerships with customers, going above and beyond to become their trusted supplier. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities. Represent W Crowder and Sons at Tradeshows and corporate events. Collaborate with our finance team to manage credit limits responsibly. Using in house systems and marketing knowledge to secure the best deals. Negotiate and close deals while maximising profit margins.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen with a proven track record in sales.

Ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.

Excellent relationship-building skills to grow and retain customer accounts.

Minimum 2 years' sales experience in Horticulture or a similar sector.

Excellent ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.

Horticultural qualification desirable
