About The Role

: Account Manager

: Permanent, Full Time. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).

THE ROLE



Build strong, healthy client relationships, becoming their primary point of contact and advocate. Oversee external KPI targets, ensuring they are met monthly and being accountable for performance. Collect and analyse metrics to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams, ensuring the strategy and tactics align to achieve measurable results. Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, from team recommendations to executive-level updates. Create strategic digital roadmaps to gain buy-in from client stakeholders, from C-suite to digital marketing executives. Deliver impactful Business Reviews that highlight opportunities for cross-channel collaboration.

THE PERSON



Are a strong communicator, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to clients and internal teams. Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while also being comfortable operating independently. Are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Required Criteria



Agency experience and familiarity with agency-side operations. Demonstrates a passion for digital advertising, a drive for continuous learning and improvement and has up to date knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques. Thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences and results.

Desired Criteria



Google Analytics and Google Ads certified a plus. Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console a plus. Informal or formal qualifications preferred, but not necessary
