We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Identify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and market analysis
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract completion, ensuring client satisfaction at each stage
Analyse client data and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimise account performance
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support clients' evolving requirements
Utilise Salesforce CRM system to track interactions, update account information, and generate reports
Lead negotiations and presentations with key stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills
Provide leadership within the team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff members when appropriate
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry or market segment
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and reporting purposes
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team collaboration and mentoring roles
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Previous experience in account management roles is highly desirable but not essential for highly motivated candidates willing to learn
