For over 30 years, Lovat's Group has been delivering high-quality Facilities Management, Engineering, and Building Services across Scotland. From schools, universities, and public buildings to commercial and leisure estates, our in-house teams provide fully self-delivered Hard FM, Mechanical, Electrical, and Refrigeration services.

We're now looking for a driven and customer-focused

Account Manager

to join our growing team and play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing contract performance, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.

The Role



As an

Account Manager

, you'll be the main point of contact for several key contracts--ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and that all operational, financial, and compliance requirements are met. You'll work closely with our Service Desk, Engineers, and Senior Management to maintain contract standards, support client reporting, and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as primary liaison between clients and Lovat's operational teams. Oversee the delivery of Hard FM and engineering services across multiple contracts. Monitor performance, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance via our Joblogic CAFM system. Prepare monthly performance reports and attend client review meetings. Manage minor works and variations, including quotations and approvals. Support the mobilisation of new contracts and implementation of PPM schedules. Identify opportunities for service improvement and commercial growth. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Health & Safety management systems.

About You



We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering first-class service.

Essential Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in Facilities Management or Engineering services (client-facing role). Strong communication and organisational skills. Experience using CAFM systems (Joblogic or similar). Understanding of FM contracts, SLAs, and performance monitoring. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Desirable:



IOSH Managing Safely qualification. Experience with public sector or local authority contracts. Background in Hard FM or M&E engineering environments.
