Account Manager

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing clients Source and develop new business opportunities Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings Oversee jobs from quoting through to production and installation Conduct site visits, including during off-hours, as needed Coordinate and manage installations to ensure deadlines are met Maintain excellent client relationships and service levels Work collaboratively as part of a small, high-performing team

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of account management experience in large format print In-depth knowledge of print products and processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent project management and organisational abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends Full UK driving licence Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Proactive, reliable, and professional work ethic

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
