The Role
We're looking for an
Account Manager
to support both internal and client-facing projects. You'll work closely with the Account Management team and Company Directors, acting as the vital link between clients and our creative and development teams.
This role is varied, dynamic, and sometimes hectic -- managing everything from small daily tasks to large-scale web development and branding projects. You'll need to stay calm under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, and maintain an exceptional level of organisation and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering clear communication and exceptional service.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously -- from quick-turnaround tasks to long-term strategic campaigns.
Coordinate internal teams to brief, prioritise, and deliver work on time and on brand.
Keep projects on schedule and clients informed, even when plans change (which they often do).
Support social media content planning and other marketing activities where needed.
Anticipate client needs and find creative solutions to challenges as they arise.
Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reports using internal systems (Asana, Google Docs, etc.).
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- confident, positive, and professional.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
A proactive problem-solver who always finds a way -- "no" isn't in your vocabulary.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask across a variety of projects and clients.
A logical thinker with creative flair and commercial awareness.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
Experience using Google Workspace, Outlook, and Asana (training available).
A strong work ethic and a genuine passion for client satisfaction.
