Job Description

Info Display, the Yorkshire arm of iVisit Media LTD, is a marketing company specialising in print fulfilment for the Arts, Sports & Tourism markets for Yorkshire. We are looking for experienced Account Managers at our office based in Leeds.

You need to have account management experience, be assertive and dynamic. You will serve as the liaison between a company and its clients, ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction and be the single point of contact for all customer inquiries about the accounts you manage.

Your duties include managing client relationships and delivering proposals. You will need to be comfortable working on your own initiative, have the ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and get the full potential out of your accounts, whilst also growing the business through various repeat sales and marketing techniques.

Account Manager Role Description



Communicating with clients clearly and addressing their concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise Raising clients' business concerns and needs to the company's management Negotiating and closing business contracts with existing and new clients Preparing and presenting account updates to the company's management. Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company's products or services Overcome objections and open up dialogues to sell into the client requirements Travel to meet the clients and develop an understanding of the business and their requirements, while building relationships Prepare campaigns and quotes for the client, meeting their requirements in full and follow up Databases will be built via the company's CRM system, which must be kept up to date

Experience Required



Motivated and proactive professional with the confidence to communicate with decision makers at all levels The ideal candidate will have at least five years Account Management and formal training that they can demonstrate in the interview from a B2B background Experience in Tourism/Events/Arts sectors and /or Marketing services is advantageous but not essential Being self-motivated with a positive outlook

It is essential that you are a highly organised individual with diary management skills, computer skills and can manage multiple accounts.

Communicates clearly and respectfully both in writing and verbally as the main methods of developing a customer base are through telephone conversations, email correspondence and in person.

Salary: 32,000 - with bonus opportunities - 65,000 OTE
