We are excited to be recruiting for an Account Manager for a well-established events and media company. As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships and revenue growth across one of their key portfolios.

Duties and responsibilities
A hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing accounts and supporting long-term growth plans.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of advertising and sponsorship clients
• Lead new business development prospecting and outreach
• Develop strategic business development plans to exceed annual sales targets of 200k+
• Collaborate cross functionally with editorial and events teams to shape commercial opportunities
• Attend and represent the brand at key sector events and exhibitions
• Contribute to long-term strategy, including team recruitment support

Looking for:

• Proven track record in B2B sales - managing the full sales process.
• Experience within media or publishing is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Motivated and hungry to drive sales and growth.
• An understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Proactive and independent workload management
