Responsibilities

Utilise Salesforce to track client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress effectively
Analyse market trends and client data to inform strategic planning and optimise account performance
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support clients' evolving requirements
Lead negotiations and present proposals confidently to secure new contracts or renewals
Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of sales processes and client management
Excellent analysis skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and sales activities
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Organised approach with strong time management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently
