We are now looking for an Account Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account and/or project manager with a strong marketing background to join our growing Client Services team.

The Role





As an Account Manager, you will deliver integrated marketing campaigns for one of our retained, key client accounts.



Specifically, you'll be involved in account management, campaign management, creative development, and financial and analytical reporting.



With a vital focus of the role being digital, you will also work closely with our internal strategy, creative and events teams, as well as the digital, marketing and account management teams, to deliver superb consumer-facing campaigns that deliver.



Working alongside a Senior Account Executive and reporting to the Account Director, you will brief and liaise with the Digital Team regarding the primary elements of what we provide. This will include website updates and page builds, budget management, brief creation and responses, creative and production delivery, campaign analysis and external partner liaison.



Additionally, you will:



Lead meetings, present campaign proposals, and provide accurate project reporting Support financial management through budgeting, reconciliations and project tracking Analyse campaign performance to provide insight and recommendations Contribute to idea generation and creative brainstorming sessions


About You





To be considered as an Account Manager, you will need:



At least three years' marketing experience, including two years in account and/or project management Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing client relationships Proven digital experience co-ordinating integrated marketing campaigns Experience producing briefs and collaborating with creative and digital teams Confident budget management, estimating and scheduling skills Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Teams The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
