We are excited to be recruiting an Account Manager to join our growing Sales and Marketing Division. This position will be reporting into the Senior Account Manager. The purpose of the role will be to maintain a positive relationship with clients within their portfolio, driving revenue and margin growth through upselling and cross selling as well as ensuring the contract is retained and renewed at the end of the term. They will work closely with the Operations team to provide a seamless approach, where the client's needs are always prioritised.

Key duties of the Client Relationship Manager include:



Working closely with the Operations Team for each client within the assigned portfolio to ensure that the any client queries or requirements are met. Ensure the Renewal process is proactively delivered for each client including the review of costings and any contract amendments prior to final sign off. Work closely with the Senior SalesSenior Account Manager Manager to develop and maintain lines of communication between the client and BFM at the point of mobilisation of the contract, ensuring a seamless handover from Business Development to Account Sales Management. Seek out growth opportunities for each client where possible, through the introduction of services such as window cleaning, deep cleans, pest controlwashroom services, consumables etc, which will provide additional revenue streams for BFM. Identify, resolve and manage client issues and concerns in a timely manner. Attend client sites as and when required.

Client relationship management / Know Your Client (KYC) experience (analytical experience is a big bonus) CRM system management experience and knowledge Clear communication skills Must be willing to travel to client sites (these are predominantly in London, however there are some based in Brighton and Manchester)

Pay: 38,000.00-40,000.00 per year
