Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and industry analysis
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
Utilise Salesforce to track client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively
Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence
Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to foster long-term partnerships
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving targets
Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data and market insights effectively
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and sales processes
Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate team members and influence stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
Organised approach to workload management, prioritising tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships over time
