About the Position



Do you thrive on building new markets and driving growth? Solifi is reshaping financial technology with our Open Finance Platform, helping Asset Finance companies digitise critical processes to increase efficiency, compliance, and their client's experience.


Backed by strong investment, we are entering the next phase of EMEA growth and expanding our reach through strategic acquisitions to offer a broader product portfolio to meet industry demand.




We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to nurture and grow our existing clients across EMEA. This is a newly created role and is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, understands complex client needs and collaborates effectively with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.


You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large enterprise clients, ensuring their satisfaction, renewing their contracts, identifying growth opportunities, and helping them get the most value from our products and services.

Role and Responsibilities



- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts to drive retention, satisfaction and growth


- Build new senior relationships across the organisations to identify cross-sell & services opportunities


- Work closely and collaboratively with the CSM team to enhance client satisfaction


- Setup, coordinate and deliver impactful QBRs alongside the CSM and wider team


- Create account plans for each of clients, mapping all key stakeholders and challenges


- Track performance and prepare reports on key metrics and insights


- Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and drive vertical success


- Attend client meetings, tradeshows, and key conferences to network, build new contacts and drive satisfaction & growth


- Collaborate with industry associations across the region to expand network and market presence


- Provides client feedback and insights to Product to shape our solutions


- Maintains accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline in Salesforce


- Consistently achieve and exceed renewal, upsell and services targets and KPIs


- Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitive offerings


About You




o Min 5-7 years of SaaS Account Management experience o Proven success in complex, consultative sales environments o Strong track record in achieving and exceeding revenue & KPI targets o Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives o Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, curious, and driven to build a market from the ground o You love learning, including the latest industry trends, diving deep into how our products work, you're always looking to grow your knowledge and skills o Familiarity with MEDPICC sales methodology a plus o Experience selling into Asset Finance, Financial Services or Accounting is advantageous o Degree-level education or equivalent
