Job Summary



We are seeking a

Junior Account Manager

to support customer relationships and assist with day-to-day account activity. This entry-level role focuses on developing relationship-management, communication, and commercial awareness skills through structured training and hands-on experience.

You will work closely with experienced account managers, helping to maintain positive client interactions, support account activity, and ensure a professional and compliant service.

Key Responsibilities



Support the management of existing customer accounts and relationships Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Assist with account updates, follow-ups, and activity tracking Learn and apply basic account management and customer service principles Support senior team members with day-to-day account activity Contribute to a positive, professional, and compliant working environment

Requirements



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in account management, customer service, or sales Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks Positive attitude and willingness to learn

No previous account management experience required
