Duties



Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and proactive outreach Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients Utilise Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update client information, and generate reports on sales activities and performance Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, demonstrating leadership and professionalism at all times Provide regular updates to senior management regarding account status, challenges, and opportunities

Skills



Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving or surpassing targets Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback effectively Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and sales pipelines Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of guiding clients through complex negotiations and influencing decision-makers Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly and clearly articulate value propositions Organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to business development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-80,000.00 per year
