PURPOSE OF THE ROLE




Due to business growth we are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to work with one key client. You will work closely with the Account Director and will be an integral part of the client servicing team. You will be fully responsible for fostering trust and helping to build agency credibility with key client stakeholders through exceptional client handling. You will play a key role in supporting the team to deliver great creative work, writing clear briefs and providing a considered point of view when reviewing work and sharing with clients. You will also ensure projects are delivered on time and within set budgets and scope of work.

A natural client manager,

you will be an ambassador for 23red who can articulate the agency's history, philosophy, approach and tools to clients while consistently seeking out new and exciting opportunities for the agency.

You will amplify campaign messages

by identifying and building productive partnerships with like-minded organisations. You will build your understanding of, and expertise in Partnerships Marketing. (Ideally you will have some experience of building partnerships but if you have the aptitude, transferrable skills and interest, we would still love to hear from you!) You will support the delivery of

large-scale integrated campaigns.

A polished project manager,

you will be highly organised, task driven and brilliant at imparting knowledge across the agency to ensure everyone is working to a common goal in a collaborative and client-centered fashion. Central to all activity on your clients, you will help

ensure the wider team are kept up to date on all developments

. In turn, you will always seek insightful and engaging answers to client queries that demonstrate agency collaboration.

Commercially astute,

you will always have an eye on the bigger picture to help identify new opportunities within your named clients. You will also be keen to impart your knowledge of the creative process with your clients to scope out mutually agreeable deliverables.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE



Experience as an Account Manager

within a creative/advertising/PR agency.

Experience

in supporting the delivery of

large-scale integrated campaigns. Experience in paid & earned.

You will come with experience of building partnerships

,

Communication skills

: can communicate with appropriate departments and teams internally and with clients of all levels with confidence and clarity; excellent face-to-face communicator; a clear, accurate and concise written style across emails, contact and status reports; capable of delivering and creating client presentations with confidence, clarity, and conviction.

Management

: keeps the team informed of what they're doing, managing the team's time when it comes to reviewing their own work.

Organisation

: is able to manage time and workload efficiently, prioritising effectively and flagging issues when they arise.

Research and analysis

: is able to identify the need for and recommend qualitative or quantitative research and work with an external supplier and AD to develop the most appropriate methodology.

Numeracy

: ability to understand the project/job cycle; agency rate cards and how charges are calculated; how to manage time and delivery efficiently *

Digital skills:

adept at using MS Office programmes (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Paprika and the Contact databases.
