The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and inclusive
Account Manager
to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will manage and nurture existing corporate partnerships while identifying and actioning new business opportunities. You will play a key part in building strong, long-lasting relationships with our Corporate Members, ensuring they receive exceptional value and engagement throughout their partnership with us.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage and nurture relationships with existing Corporate Members, ensuring their needs are met and growth opportunities are identified and actioned.
Identify, pursue, and develop new partnership opportunities through inbound and targeted outreach.
Take ownership of the full relationship cycle from initial conversations and pitching, through to account growth, renewal, and ongoing engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver tailored partnership solutions and event activations that reflect the diverse needs of our community.
Consistently meet and exceed targets and KPIs, celebrating both individual and team successes.
What We're Looking For
Experience in
account management and/or partnership or sponsorship sales
, ideally within conferences, memberships, or related industries.
A proactive, relationship-driven mindset, with a passion for building connections and delivering measurable results.
Confidence in communicating and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships effectively.
Adaptability and openness to new ideas, technologies, and ways of working.
A genuine commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
