37,500 + uncapped commission (OTE 50,000+)

About the Role

We're looking for a commercially focused Account Manager to oversee key relationships with major construction and infrastructure contractors across the South Coast. You'll take ownership of complex, project-driven accounts, ensuring materials are delivered accurately, on time, and profitably.


This role suits someone who understands how large contractor frameworks operate--multiple sites, strict timelines, and the need for a dependable, solution-led supply partner.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow major contractor accounts, providing consistent support across multiple projects. Coordinate supply from tender through to delivery, resolving challenges quickly. Identify opportunities to increase spend and introduce new product ranges. Negotiate commercial terms to maintain strong margins and customer value. Collaborate with internal branches, suppliers, and logistics teams. Monitor account performance and adjust strategy to drive growth.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing major construction, utilities, or infrastructure accounts. Understanding of project-led supply chains and contractor procurement processes. Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills. Results-driven and proactive, with a solution-focused mindset. Full UK driving licence (essential).
