Job Description

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor?
Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a historic, industry-leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, who are currently on the look out for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis out of their South Yorkshire office. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple developments, ensuring all works are completed on time, on budget and to a high standard, on projects up to 20m.

What are we looking for?

MUST HAVE: Prior experience working as a Project Manager for a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management
Full UK's driving license
Strong ability to oversee multiple projects seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide input for PQQs and tender submissions, including construction methods, engineering and programming.
Lead the project team to ensure compliance with company policies and sustainability strategies.
Oversee health, safety, welfare, and environmental compliance across diverse project types.
Identify issues proactively, maintain confidentiality, and represent the business's best interests.
Support and mentor reporting staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to job roles.

80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + package
