The Role:
Managing the accounts of clients that have been successfully introduced by our experienced sales team
Liaising with energy suppliers and third parties both on behalf of the company and on behalf of your clients
Understanding and assessing customer needs in order to provide appropriate solutions
Building rapport and sustaining healthy client relationships
Maintaining the CRM database
Processing sales with a high degree of accuracy to varying supplier criteria
The Criteria:
Previous experience working as a successful Account Manager
A fantastic team player
Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and listening
Organised, Professional and determined with a desire to succeed
The Hours:
Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm
Friday 9am to 5pm
