Job Overview



We are seeking a highly organised and creative Account Manager / Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced marketing agency.
This hybrid role combines client relationship management with hands-on marketing support, making it perfect for someone with both strong organisational skills and a creative flair.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing multiple accounts, comfortable with paid advertising (Meta, Google Ads) and able to create compelling marketing assets such as static imagery, social ads and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients. Read data and create marketing strategies with higher management. Act as a key point of contact for client requests, ensuring their needs are met. Understand client objectives, expectations and deliverables.

Campaign Coordination & Strategy



Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, web, content) to deliver campaigns. Track performance, recommend optimisations and prepare insightful reports. Stay ahead of new digital buying techniques, modern search practices and data-led strategies. Support with day-to-day campaign builds across Google Ads and paid social.

Creative & Marketing Execution



Confidently create static imagery for ads and campaigns (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator). Assist in the design and execution of email marketing campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo). Build and manage paid ads across social media platforms and Google Ads. Support with creative copywriting for ads, email subject lines and campaign assets.

Reporting & Analysis



Understand and interpret marketing data to make strategic recommendations. Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, ensuring results are clearly communicated. Provide clients with engaging presentations and performance updates.

Administration & Support



Prepare project briefs, proposals and documentation. Maintain accurate client records and project timelines. Troubleshoot client or campaign issues with professionalism.

Requirements



Experience & Skills



Proven background in marketing account management or assistant role. Strong creative skills - able to design engaging static graphics, social ads and email campaigns. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar). Experience in building and managing ads across Social Media and Google Ads. Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo). Comfortable using Google Analytics and reporting tools.

Other Requirements



Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple fast-moving client accounts. Commercial awareness and budget management experience. Analytical and strategic thinker - able to blend data with creative insight. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
