We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, innovative products, and long-standing client relationships. We're now looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our growing team in a hybrid role that combines account management with new business sales.

The Role



In this role, you'll manage and retain existing customer accounts while also driving new business growth. You'll deliver first-class customer service, upsell additional products, and ensure customers get maximum value from our solutions. At the same time, you'll prospect for new opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and demos - with the drive to exceed sales targets and help grow Spidersnet's market presence.

Key Responsibilities



Be part of the team managing customer relationships, ensuring retention and satisfaction Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries, including challenging situations Upsell additional products and services to existing accounts to maximise revenue Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling Book and run engaging product demonstrations (via screenshare or in person) Negotiate and build strong, long-term client relationships Complete training on Spidersnet's products and stay up to date with new features Consistently exceed individual and team sales targets Multitask effectively, balancing account management and new business development

What We're Looking For



A self-motivated, driven individual with a passion for generating sales and revenue Confident, resilient, and comfortable with cold calling and business development Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities Comfortable with technology and quick to learn and adapt to new software and digital tools Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Strong organisational and multitasking skills Previous experience in account management and sales
