30,000 + Performance Bonus + Benefits

About Us

Magic Kingdom Limited is a long-established and leading supplier of quality bespoke soft toys. We supply bespoke products to prominent brands, promotional clients, visitor attractions and independent retailers across the UK. We bring creative ideas to life through high-quality plush toys, character merchandise and branded gift ranges.

As part of our next stage of growth we're expanding into the leisure, holiday park and theme-park sector; creating unique plush and gift products for some of the most recognisable destinations in the UK.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious, personable Account Manager to help develop this new business area. You'll be based at our offices in Newport, working closely with our small, friendly team.

What You'll Do

Research and identify potential clients in the UK leisure, attractions and tourism market Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers, merchandisers and marketing teams Present bespoke product ideas, costings and sample proposals to clients Manage customer experience Maintain client data and progress Attend occasional client meetings or trade shows

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, confident and professional in client interactions Experienced in B2B sales or account management (giftware, promotional, or leisure sector ideal) Organised, self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently Comfortable and experienced with managing multiple clients and a CRM platform Strong and effective communication skills A creative mindset for launching new sales initiatives Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
If you have sold to leisure groups, retail buyers, or visitor attractions before, that's a real advantage. Above all we value the right attitude, energy and communication skills.
