I'm recruiting an
experienced Account Manager
to join a well-established, highly respected business operating at the intersection of
design, manufacturing, and retail environments
.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing client relationships end to end and working on
bespoke projects for major, well-known brands
. The business delivers high-quality retail display and interior solutions, combining creative design with strong in-house manufacturing capability.
The Role
Reporting into the Sales Director, you'll play a key role in managing customer relationships and ensuring projects run smoothly from order through to delivery and invoicing.
You'll be responsible for:
Acting as the main point of contact for existing customers
Managing sales orders, delivery notes, and invoice generation
Liaising internally with sales, production, and other account managers to ensure project milestones are met
Communicating timelines, delivery dates, and project updates to clients
Attending client meetings and site visits to build long-term relationships
Maintaining and updating the CRM system
Producing weekly reports on sales activity and account status
This is a hands-on, detail-focused role that sits at the heart of the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
This role would suit someone with:
Account management or customer-facing experience within
manufacturing, design, interiors, retail display, or a related environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
The ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively
A positive, reliable, and collaborative attitude
Experience working with
manufactured products, bespoke solutions, or design-led projects
would be a strong advantage.
