Account Manager (Paid Media)

The Opportunity

PPC Account Executives
who are confident managing and optimising campaigns and reporting on performance
Paid Media Account Managers
ready to take ownership of strategy, budgets, and client relationships across search, display, and social
Paid Social Account Managers
with a strong focus on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, combining creativity with data-driven decision making
The successful candidate will step into a client-facing

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development:
Create and implement tailored paid media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients
Campaign Management:
Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, alongside paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure budgets are effectively managed and KPIs are consistently achieved
Client Reporting:
Produce clear, insight-led reports that translate data into actionable recommendations
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring objectives are met and performance expectations exceeded
Business Growth:
Support account growth through PPC and SEO proposals to increase existing client activity
Industry Awareness:
Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates and innovations within paid media
What They're Looking For
Experience:
1-2+ years' experience in a similar paid media role, either agency-side or in-house
Client-Facing Skills:
Proven experience managing and developing client relationships
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients
Analytical Mindset:
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio
Platform Experience:
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
Attention to Detail:
Excellent grammar and writing skills
Commercial Awareness:
Strong business acumen, proactive work ethic, and practical problem-solving approach
