Job Summary


As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by managing and nurturing client relationships and manage a portfolio of account ensuring works are delivered with efficiency and compliancy.

Duties



Effectively manage and coordinate on-site teams, resources, and supervisors, ensuring adherence to the Firas Scheme, safe working practices, quality standards, and project timelines, while continuously improving outcomes and addressing defects Maintaining a working knowledge of technologies and processes. Monitoring performance metrics and maintaining a good understanding of the business. Producing project roadmaps, confirming tasks, communicating the approach to each project. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, company policies, and government regulations, fostering a positive and proactive safety culture Deliver operational excellence across all aspects of "doing the work well". Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring contract compliance with cost, quality, and safety standards. Identify and mitigate business and operational risks, and handle disputes efficiently to minimize disruption. Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams, conducting site visits and meetings, responding to approvals and notifications, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and service delivery. Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including meeting minutes and plans, while preparing regular progress updates and business reports for senior management. Requirements



Relevant industry experience and in-depth knowledge of the market. Awareness of all stages of the relevant process Project delivery of large and medium projects. Excellent business acumen Legal knowledge Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Hold a professional qualification in a relevant field Excellent knowledge of office practice Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
