Account Manager



As an Account Manager at First Response Training, you'll be a driving force in nurturing client relationships and expanding our business reach. The successful candidate will work within our relationship management team which consists of our key accounts and contracted clients, this is a rapidly growing part of our business.

Your responsibilities will include:

Relationship Building:

Cultivate new and existing relationships, exceeding expectations while generating new business.

Client Engagement:

Maintain regular, meaningful contact with clients through various channels, demonstrating your exceptional communication skills.

Sales Excellence:

Surpass sales targets, showcasing your skills in consultative selling.

Sales Forecasting:

Use data and insights from your sales pipeline to predict and report on future sales performance

Needs Understanding:

Communicate with clients to comprehend their needs and effectively explain our suite of products.

Market Expertise:

Develop a strong understanding of our clients' requirements by staying informed about market trends and sector dynamics.

Precision and Accountability:

Uphold accurate customer records and diligently monitor and report on revenue goals.

Efficiency:

Prioritise and manage your daily workload to maximize productivity.

We are looking for:

Someone who is highly motivated and exceptionally well organised. You should be a strong communicator, comfortable talking on the phone and build a rapport well, with a concern for excellence and be customer service orientated.

Salary:

28,000.00 per annum plus uncapped potential bonus
