We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact, ensure client satisfaction, and help drive long-term business growth by identifying opportunities and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
Manage account onboarding, renewals, and ongoing support
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to meet client expectations
Monitor account performance and ensure deliverables are met on time
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services
Handle client concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (or similar software)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not always required)
