Account Manager
to help us build connections with creators, subs, platforms, and partners that align with our values and vision.
About the Role
Uploading taboo images and videos
Writing taboo descriptions about the content uploading (images and videos)
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, acting as a liaison between clients and internal talent to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Coordinate and manage client requests, ensuring content-related tasks are communicated clearly and completed accurately and on time
Engage proactively with clients to ensure all company requirements and deliverables are met within agreed timelines
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and company talent, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and constructive manner
Oversee the preparation, organisation, and uploading of client-related digital content in accordance with company guidelines
Develop and execute strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and alignment with client expectations
Provide regular updates, performance insights, and account reports to management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities
Build and maintain an ongoing positive & enthusiastic relationship with Company's talent, models or clients, managing complaints and finding amicable solutions
