What you'll do:
Working within UK Mail, to manage and develop an existing Account Management portfolio to meet or exceed Account Management targets. Support to develop and administer account management plans and processes to expand and maintain customer base, enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives for key accounts in line with business and sales objectives, Group guidelines and policies. To provide accurate and timely performance reporting on all their areas of responsibility against Budget and relevant Forecast periods as determined by the Key Account Director
Key Role Responsibilities:
Achieve annual performance objectives and targets for Account Management portfolio
Manage own Account Management portfolio performance weekly and monthly to meet or exceed KPI's
Manage own Account Management portfolio to meet and exceed budget for base revenue for account managed customers
Report on KPI's and ad hoc requirements for own Account Management portfolio accurately and in a timely manner to agreed schedules
Ensure admin is managed to company guidelines (leave/punctuality etc.)
Comply with, relevant sections of employee handbook
To manage own Account Management portfolio to meet and exceed base volume and revenue targets.
To accurately provide MI and reporting on own Corporate Account Management portfolio to reflect actual weekly and monthly performance against agreed KPI's
To understand Customers business requirements and ensure UK Mail products are aligned.
To be fully conversant with all commercial UK Mail tools (RA's/P&L's).
To provide management process and control to set up and implement new accounts process as required.
Reacting to market conditions and other influences, to manage the amendment of pricing through defined processes for authorisation
To drive efficiencies to increase own Corporate Account Management portfolio without loss of service.
Contribute to product development process.
To liaise with operations to resolve customer queries/requirements
Provide or fulfil ad hoc customer management information requests.
To ensure that UK Mail requirements of customers are fully complied with; eg forecasting, payment to terms.
Financial / Budgetary / People Responsibilities
To provide accurate budget and forecast figures for own Corporate Account Management portfolio for base volume, revenue and GP and report against this in line with process
Promote Company image and brand at every opportunity.
Ensure all communication; verbal, written or electronic meets the Company required standard.

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience or evidence of aptitude for successful, efficient, lean account management of corporate type client portfolio
Previous experience and evidence of accurate and timely reporting.
Good understanding of management information systems
Excellent in MS Office including excel to manipulate and consolidate data
Organised and process driven approach to work.
Ability to gather and analyse facts and information to be able to make an informed decision based on evidence.
Able to solve problem and resolve all aspects of customer issues in a timely manner using excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy essential
An understanding of DSA and Mailing products and processes is an advantage
