Senior Account Manager
to join their team in Derby. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You'll be responsible for managing key accounts, driving new business, and overseeing the delivery of innovative signage solutions across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Business Development
: Identify new opportunities for growth and actively pursue new business leads.
Client Communication
: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and ongoing support.
Sales & Negotiation
: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and secure new contracts.
Project Oversight
: Manage the full project lifecycle from concept to final installation.
Cross-Department Collaboration
: Work closely with design, production, and installation teams to deliver seamless service.
Performance Tracking
: Monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and deliver regular reports to senior leadership.
Market Research
: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to identify new areas for growth.
Team Support
: Mentor junior team members and lead quarterly client review meetings.
Candidate Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the signage industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and large-scale projects
Proficient in CRM tools (Clarity experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
