Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Sales Account Manager
with a strong background in
wide format printing and signage sales
. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of signage products and materials -- including vinyl, foamex, dibond, tension fabric systems, and illuminated signage -- and the ability to identify the right solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business through networking, outreach, and lead conversion.
Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring repeat business and high client satisfaction.
Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and presentations aligned with Liberty Signs' capabilities and quality standards.
Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity and pipeline.
Represent the Liberty Signs brand professionally and confidently at all times.
Requirements
Proven track record in
sales or account management within the wide format printing or signage industry
(minimum 2 years).
Strong knowledge of print and signage materials, production methods, and installation processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient with CRM systems and basic quoting tools.
Full UK driving licence (preferred, as site/client visits may be required).
