To support the Commercial Director in developing & maintaining SEKO UK`s activity with selected specific key accounts. Manage all aspects of SEKO`s relationship with the account(s) to achieve optimum business retention and development.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Produce/ update tariffs and rate sheets at start of each month or as required.
Travel, as necessary, to meet SEKO offices, customer offices & customers to establish & maintain systems & procedures
Participate in Account Management, Operational & SEKO Cross divisional forums to identify new areas for customer development and deployment
Engagement with SEKO product owners to keep in touch with market conditions in relation to customers business with SEKO.
Create global Standard Operating procedures
Agree Key Performance Indicators with customer , measure and evaluate
Identify trends/problems/potential solutions
Agree problem escalation process with customer
Produce / review reports & data.
Identify possible new revenue streams from existing customers
Document, review/ progress and finalise all agreed customer deliverables
Deliver target profit margins and year or year growth objectives.
Engage with customer debtor reports and query logs and where appropriate intervene and aid the process of on-time payment
Build network relationships at the required levels within the customers organisation
