CanDo Laundry Services is an award-winning, fast-growing commercial laundry group serving hospitality, healthcare, and a range of commercial sectors. We are now seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Telford team.

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and growing our existing customer base -- including key clients across the region. You'll act as the main point of contact, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to maximise account value and support business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine commercial awareness with outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to ensure service excellence and customer retention.
Communicate regularly with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and operational needs.
Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and service performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, transport, and commercial) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare and lead client meetings and presentations, confidently showcasing our services and addressing queries or concerns.
Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform account strategies and commercial decisions.
Contribute to revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and promoting additional services.
Skills & Experience
Experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing commercial role (preferably within a service-led or operational environment).
Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to manage customer interactions and pipelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
A proven track record in achieving sales targets or delivering measurable commercial improvements.
Confident, collaborative, and able to build trust quickly with both clients and colleagues.
What We Offer
Salary: 28,000 - 33,000 (depending on experience) inclusive of car allowance
