Are you a proactive, driven self-starter with a passion for building relationships and growing business? Eagle Plastics is looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

Eagle Plastics is a leading plastic sheet distributor based in Leicester, a proud member of the wider Plastribution Group.

Experience in plastic sheet sales, or experience within a customer market is highly desirable. This role will be home based, with frequent business travel.

What You'll Do:

Grow and manage your own portfolio

: Take charge of a designated sales area, developing accounts and driving profitability.

Be a networker and influencer

: Plan visits, make regular appointments, and uncover new leads with both existing and potential customers.

Shape commercial strategy

: Work closely with Senior Management to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Leverage cutting-edge tools

: Use CRM, BI, and ERP systems to coordinate quotes, opportunities, technical enquiries, and more.

Collaborate and communicate

: Engage with internal teams and other departments to deliver outstanding customer service.

Report and forecast

: Provide insights on sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends.

Champion quality and confidentiality

: Support continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements



Midlands based, or the ability to commute to Leicester for training during the probation period. Experience in plastic sheet sales, or experience in an associated market. Proven experience in B2B sales or account management is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in CRM software is desirable. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving results. Competitive salary dependent on experience. The role will also include a discretionary bonus scheme.
