Manager, UK Corporate Sales

Role Purpose





Responsible for driving Malaysia Airlines flown revenue and increasing market share in the corporate market, by sourcing new corporate accounts in addition to maintaining and developing the existing portfolio of accounts.

Key Accountability




Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Manage and grow sales within assigned corporate accounts, including developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry through to post-sale support.

Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are in line with company policies and guidelines.

Work closely with the Regional Sales manager to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback and insights to the Regional Sales manager.

Manage a sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the Regional Sales manager on progress and opportunities.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications & Working Experience





Bachelor's degree or similar in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
