We are looking for our future Account Manager at MKS Atotech UK based in West Bromwich (hybrid mode, one day in the office). You will partner with both Customers and Internal Teams to develop and support external sales for GMF. In this role, you will report to the Business Manager for Cluster North Region.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Developing and expanding existing GMF accounts within mainland UK
Selling the company's products
Finding and generating new customers
Handling more critical accounts
Calling on prospective customers
Providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quoting appropriate customer prices
Representing the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-related matters; understanding of the customer's business and product requirements is necessary
Fully knowledgeable about company products
Responsibility for meeting assigned sales quota
Travel Requirements:
Up to 75% of UK-based travel is required. A driver's license is necessary to do those business travels.
Skills You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in commerce, business, sales, or technical production/chemical fields or any relevant fields
Relevant and significant experience as an account manager in an industrial company working with B2B customers
Knowledge of surface treatment products, galvanization, electroplating, or chemical industrial products will be appreciated
Direct sales experience will be a plus, as well as CRM working proficiency
Excellent customer relationship skills, with a thorough working knowledge of company products, company functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures
Good communication skills, ability to exchange accurate information
Hands-on mindset, able to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
