Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager / Customer Service role located in Honley, with the option for some remote work. The Account Manager / Customer Service representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, handling shipping inquiries, and offering tailored shipping solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Account Management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of international and domestic shipping practices
Experience with CRM software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus
