From concept to market, you'll lead woven, denim, tailoring, and outerwear lines that set trends and meet commercial goals. What You'll Do:

Develop and launch exciting ladieswear collections across woven fabrics, denim, tailoring, and outerwear. Build deep understanding of client needs to maximize business opportunities and customer loyalty. Manage budgets smartly, identifying cost-saving innovations without sacrificing quality. Drive fresh material and component ideas that keep us ahead of market trends. Negotiate pricing and costs effectively, ensuring profitable, competitive product lines. Lead seamless communication with clients and internal teams to guarantee timely, quality delivery. Mentor and inspire new talent, championing teamwork and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Strong background in fashion (experience in woven, denim, tailoring, or outerwear a plus). Confident, strategic thinker comfortable taking projects from idea to delivery. Exceptional negotiation, costing, and time management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and an agile problem solver with a keen eye for detail. Passionate communicator and mentor with a positive "can-do" attitude. GCSE Maths & English required.
