25,000 - 30,000 (DOE) + Commission (500-1500/month after training)

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (no remote working)

is searching for a proactive, detail-driven individual to join us as our new
FF&E Account Manager & Sales Coordinator
.
Within your initial
3-month training period
, you'll take ownership of your own clients, building relationships, and managing job logistics. You will also start earning commission on every sale you complete on your own after the initial 3-month period. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, from quoting jobs and managing schedules to supporting our valued interior design and furniture clients.
This is the perfect next step for someone with a strong admin background who's excited to branch into sales and account management.

Account Management & Admin Tasks
Quoting new jobs via phone and email
Invoicing and storage account management
Creating job sheets and handling daily logistics
Answering client calls and providing top-tier support
Filing and general office coordination
Inventory Managment
Problem-solving your own customers jobs
Sales & Scheduling Tasks
Booking new enquiries from long-term clients
Coordinating our job calendar and understanding job timelines
Building relationships with design firms and furniture suppliers
Supporting repeat business and helping us grow
