```Duties```
- Provide administrative sales support to the team by handling various tasks and responsibilities
- To assist with the management of the business's sales and administrative requirements
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with organising and maintaining office files and documents
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring professional and courteous communication
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Assist with other clerical duties as assigned
- Supervise administrative duties

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other computerised systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
