Join The Tersus Team as an Accounts Administrator

Salary: Up to 25,500 per year, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Dive into the action by helping our Account Managers maintain customer accounts, ensuring smooth sailing for our clients Handle client communications, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries Work closely with internal teams to tackle customer requests and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service every time Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for client meetings Collaborate with our sales team to spot potential areas for account growth, ensuring our clients are always getting the best we have to offer

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role Communication and interpersonal skills are essential Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Exceptional organisational and time-management skills are key to staying on top of tasks Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) would be a fantastic addition to your skill set
