About The Role




We're looking for an energetic Account Support Executive (ASE) to join our Enterprise Sales Team. You will work closely with our Field Account Managers to support customer renewals, new applications and lead generation. You'll also manage your own portfolio of dealer accounts, driving engagement, maximising utilisation and uncovering new revenue opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing



Manage and grow a portfolio of dealer accounts, boosting engagement, utilisation and revenue. Make proactive outbound calls to existing dealers to strengthen relationships and drive results. Contact new business leads to create sales opportunities for the field team. Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and unlocks sales potential. Work hand-in-hand with field Account Managers to ensure smooth applications, renewals and increases. Take ownership of queries, solving issues first time where possible, and prioritising effectively to meet deadlines. Contribute to a supportive team culture where everyone succeeds together.

What We're Looking For



Proven sales experience with a track record of building strong customer relationships. Confident communicator who can influence and engage stakeholders. Proactive problem-solver with strong organisational skills. Knowledge of automotive or finance industries is a plus, but not essential.
